Today was a very busy day for the puppies and for Gambit. We had lots of visitors who came to see the puppies. First Kim and Carl visited after that we had Jeff and Jenny and then Grandma LaDonna and shortly after came Nancy and MaryAnn. I wasn't sure how Gambit would act with all these people looking at and touching her babies but she was very good about it. She was a little concerned but as soon as she realized that no one was going to hurt her puppies she warmed up to everyone. Of course Garrett was thrilled because he was sure everyone came to see him. The puppies are very tired tonight.
Well I should say most of the puppies are tired....Since no one is interested in playing Maran has decided to try to climb out of the pool again. The purple hippo has a name thanks to Frank. His name is Deno. Now a purple shark has appeared courtesy of Bizzi.
Just a little update on Lavender's progress. He has a rather serious puncture wound on his back which we are doctoring daily. It appears he is feeling better because yesterday her crowed again for the first time since the attack. Here is a picture of him in my husbands lap waiting for me to get his medicine.
